IR_0565A thermographic scan uses infrared sensing photographic equipment to observe and record variations in the surface temperature of building components. Thermal patterns created by such things as air leakage, thermal bridging, missing insulation or moisture within the wall assembly can be identified by trained individuals using specialized equipment.

Thermography is an efficient and cost effective tool when used for such things as determining the source of cold air drafts that increase operating costs and reduce occupant comfort to the detection of moisture accumulations in wall assemblies or locating roof leaks. We have our own thermographic equipment and professionally trained staff who are experienced in building enclosure diagnosis and repair.
